BraxCode Digitals Foundation operates this site, including the Nexus AI assistant. This page explains what data we collect and how it's used.
Your conversation with Nexus is stored only in your own browser (local storage on your device). We do not receive or store your chat messages on our servers, and Nexus does not have memory of past visits.
When you confirm a project brief with Nexus, the summary (project type, scope, budget, timeline, and any contact details you provide) is saved to our database so Braxton can follow up with you. This is the only chat-related information we store.
If you choose to continue the conversation on WhatsApp, that exchange is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.
We use Google Search Console to understand how the site performs in search results. It does not track individual visitors or their behavior on the site.
Images shown in our project gallery are stored to display our portfolio publicly and are not linked to any visitor's personal data.
You can ask us to review or delete any project brief information you've shared by reaching out on WhatsApp or emailing braxtonbruzzzy@gmail.com.
We may update this policy as the site evolves. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
